Dear Ampetronic,
May I suggest using a lapel microphone on your videos for on camera dialogue? The engineers voice will be much easier to understand if it is picked up via a nearby mic rather than the camera mic. It will also make matching sound levels between shots much easier.
I normally wouldn’t bother to comment on YouTube sound but it seemed a pity that your company’s reputation for bringing clear sound to people should be undermined by difficult to understand sound on your videos.
